and forms it can take. Pure aloe vera juice is one of the forms that
this plant may be found in and there are many reasons for using this
type of juice.
Aloe Vera comes in over 200 different species of plants that are
grown in the tropics. For well over 3000 years the Aloe Vera plant has
been used for medical purposes. It is believed by some to be one of
the best medical plants available in the world. Many different
countries around the world use aloe vera in some form or another for
its medical qualities.
Aloe vera can be found in leaf form, gel form, or cream form, and
the pure juice of the leaf, known as pure aloe vera juice. The use of
pure aloe vera juice in food is one of the ways to hide this medical
plant into certain types of foods.
Pure Aloe Vera juice can be mixed into drinks, or used within foods
for many different reasons. It has long been believed that the use of
pure aloe vera juice can clear up congestion when the person shows
signs of a headcold. It can also be used in the prevention or
treatment of colic. These are just some of the symptoms that pure aloe
vera juice can help clear up.
The taste of pure aloe vera juice when consumed directly may not be
pleasent. That is why many times it is either hidden in foods or mixed
with other ingredients. It is often mixed with a flavoring such as
berry or honey to hide the flavor of the pure aloe vera juice. This
ensures that the pure aloe vera juice is consumed but not have an
after taste or have to endure drinking the pure aloe vera juice which
might not have a pleasant flavoring.
Sometimes when pure aloe vera juice is mixed with other ingredients
such as milk or papaya, it is believed to clear up kidney infections,
stomach ulcers, speed up livers and cure colitis. The mixture of the
two ingredients is believed to help relieve these types of
illnesses.
Another use of Pure Aloe vera juice is by adding it to water. When
it's added to water it can often clear up the floride and chlorine
flavor that is sometimes present in drinking water.
